Will I lose weight?
Generally you can expect to lose around 500gm -1kg per week. This is the amount we know from studies is sustainable and wont yo-yo back on.
Where will the calls take place? What if I can’t make the calls live?
The calls will take place on your computer. On Monday nights. We will be recording the calls so you can watch them at your convenience, if you can’t make them live.
Can I do this with a friend?
Yes! Friends are a great support for each other AND you save $100 each when you sign up together. Email me to register yourself and your friend.
What if I have a health condition etc?
During our in depth initial consultation we will make sure that any special needs such as health conditions are taken into consideration. This programme is great for anyone with Type 2 Diabetes, PCOS, pre diabetes, heart disease, obesity, blood sugar imbalance, high cholesterol, joint problems, sleep apnoea, and high blood pressure, to name a few! Being a healthy weight also reduces your chances of cancer – powerful reason to work towards your goal weight.

No! I’m all about food you can find at the supermarket and I won’t have you hunting down goose eggs from Portugal.
