Order Processing & Fulfilment

 


Orders are fulfilled once per week on Wednesdays.

 

  • Orders placed before 12:00pm (midday) Wednesday (NZT) will be processed and dispatched that same Wednesday.

  • Orders placed after 12:00pm (midday) Wednesday will be processed and dispatched the following Wednesday.

  • Processing time refers to the preparation of your order before shipment and does not include delivery time.

 


During busy periods, dispatch may be delayed by up to one additional business day.

 


 

 

Domestic Shipping (New Zealand)

 


We currently ship within New Zealand.


Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

 

  • Standard Shipping: [e.g. 2–5 business days]

  • Rural Delivery: Please allow an additional [1–2 business days]

 


Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.

 


 

 

International Shipping

 


We offer international shipping to selected countries.


Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.

 


 

 

Local Pickup

 


Local pickup is available at checkout and must be selected or clearly noted in your order.

 

  • Pickup orders are fulfilled on Wednesdays, provided the item is in stock.

  • Orders placed before 12:00pm (midday) Wednesday (NZT) will be processed for pickup that same Wednesday.

  • Orders placed after 12:00pm (midday) Wednesday will be processed and made available for pickup the following Wednesday.

  • Once your order is ready, you will receive a confirmation email advising that your pickup is available, along with pickup instructions.

  • Please do not attempt to collect your order until you have received this confirmation email.

  • After you receive the Ready for Pickup notification, your order will be available for collection at any time, at your convenience, in accordance
    with the pickup instructions provided.

 

Out-of-Stock Items (Pickup Orders)

 

If an item you have ordered is not in stock:

 

  • We will notify you within 2 business days that the product has been ordered for you.

  • Your order will be fulfilled as soon as the item becomes available, and you will receive a pickup confirmation email once it is ready for collection.

  • You will receive a Ready for Pickup confirmation email once your order is ready for collection.

 


Pickup timing for out-of-stock items depends on supplier availability and delivery times.

 

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

 


Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (where available).

Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update.

 


 

 

Delays

 


Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by courier delays, weather events, or circumstances beyond our control.

 


 

 

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

 


Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays, losses, or returns resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.


If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.

 


 

 

Lost or Damaged Orders
